About Us

More Than 30 Years Of Direct Experience In The Paint Spraying Industry.

Gapple is a solution driven organisation, providing a comprehensive service to the UK construction and property management industry.
We deliver remedial and refurbishment solutions at any site where surface damage or colour fade has occurred. Our operatives have the knowledge and skills to fix any problem which can’t normally be resolved by the site contractor.

The focus is on ‘repair’ or ‘re-spray’ rather than ‘replace’ which is a more cost effective and efficient option for companies who discover damage to any surface on site, including aluminium panels, glass, curtain walling or structural steel works. We cover cladding repair, architectural spraying, architectural respraying, scratch repair, dent repair, impact damage repair, cladding recoat, cladding respray, architectural refinishing, fine finish spray painting to windows and doors, powder coat repairs, anodised repair and leathergrain repair. In fact any substrate that needs recaoting, Gapple has the solution.

We recognise that with the complex, modular design inherent in many of today’s building structures, the only viable option is to carry out repairs on-site. Our experience in this field has positioned us as the market leader in specialist on site maintenance and remedial work among many leading, national building and construction companies. We have repaired most of the leading manufacturers panels, such as Kingspan, Ash & Lacy, Eurobond, Euroclad, Trimo, Trespa to name but a few. These panels are often originally Anodised/anodic, leathergrain or polyester powder coated (PPC) quite often coated by Tata steel but not in all cases.

Damage to structure often occurs during construction or during the final clean down. Some materials also get damaged in transit or in storage. We have repaired impact damage from anything from a cherry picker /Mewp to a fork lift or a lorry. In essence, we offer an alternative repair solution rather than automatically ordering a replacement for the damaged material.

Standards: We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of repair and refurbishment works and all coatings are matched accurately to clients’ specifications. We encourage inviting us in at an early stage to manage the expectations of the clients client. To say that damage will not occur during construction, simply put, is unrealistic and therefore unmanagable. This is because the ultimate client/architect has not been made aware that in fact the probability of damage occuring to cladding or glass is close tp 100%. We suggest that once the client is aware of this, then a realistic contingency can be put in place. This obviously avoids any bad feeling further into the build, as the issue will have already have been flagged.

Project Management: We attend every site to assess any damage and provide a free assessment by our qualified assessors. We provide a dedicated project manager to oversee all work, according to project needs.

Costs: Our project costs can be at a fixed price or based on an hourly/daily rate according to individual site needs and budgets.

Guarantees: Our work comes with a comprehensive warranty service package, available up to 20 years. If requested by the client, all warranties can be insurance backed by Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW).

Qualifications: All our project managers are SMSTS qualified and our supervisors have CSCS, PASM and IPAF certificates. All our operatives have a minimum of CSCS cards.

RAMS: Risk assessments and method statements are provided in advance for all contracts together with all COSHH details.

Health & Safety: We are fully compliant with and adhere to all HSE regulations . All our H & S managers are trained to IOSH standards. We have a zero accident safety record.

Environment: Our commitment to on site repair solutions is in-line with our environmental policy which aims to reduce the UK’s carbon footprint by eliminating unnecessary and costly transportation costs, long delivery lead times and plant hire.
